  • Private loan recovery

Money lent between individuals and not repaid, recovered through negotiation first and formal routes where needed.

Locating debtors and identifying assets so that recovery is realistic before costs are committed.

  • Enforcement support

Working alongside solicitors and enforcement officers to turn a court judgment into money in the bank.

How an engagement works

The same careful sequence whether you need a protection team next week or want to recover a debt that has been outstanding for years.

  1. Private consultation

A confidential conversation with a director, under a non-disclosure agreement if you prefer.

  2. Assessment

We review the risk, the paperwork or the debt, and tell you plainly what is achievable.

  3. Proposal

A written plan with a fixed scope, team, timescale and cost. No surprises later.

  4. Deployment

Operatives briefed and in place, or recovery action under way, on the agreed date.

  5. Reporting

Regular updates from one point of contact until the job is complete.

The standard we hold ourselves to

Discretion
We do not publish client names, discuss engagements or advertise who we work for. Your details are held securely and shared only with the people who need them.
Accountability
Every engagement has a named director who answers for it. You will always know who is responsible and how to reach them.
Lawful conduct
Security operatives hold the licences the law requires. Debt recovery is carried out professionally and within the law, which protects you as much as it protects the outcome.
Clarity
Plain written proposals, agreed costs and honest advice, including telling you when a debt is not worth pursuing.

Questions clients ask

Who does Elite Force work with?

High net worth individuals, families, family offices, business owners and companies across the UK who need private security, close protection or the recovery of significant sums owed to them.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?

Yes. We operate across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including London, Manchester, Cheshire, Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff and Belfast.

How quickly can close protection be arranged?

It depends on the size of the team and the level of risk, but short-notice requests are assessed on the day they are received. Planned engagements are best discussed as early as possible so the right operatives and routes can be prepared.

How does your debt recovery work?

Every case starts with a review of the debt and the paperwork behind it, followed by tracing where needed, direct negotiation with the debtor and, if required, support through the formal legal and enforcement process. All recovery is carried out lawfully and professionally.

Is my enquiry kept confidential?

Yes. Enquiries are read only by a director, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed before any detail of your situation is shared.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is priced to the requirement. Security is quoted on the team, duration and risk level. Debt recovery can be arranged on a fixed fee or a percentage of the sum recovered, agreed in writing before work begins.

Request a private consultation

Tell us as much or as little as you are comfortable with. A director will respond personally.

  • Within one working day: a director contacts you by your preferred method.
  • Before detail is shared: a non-disclosure agreement if you want one.
  • After the consultation: a written proposal with a clear cost.
