This notice explains how Elite Force handles personal information sent to us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, organisation and a short outline of what you need. We also record the country your request came from to help us spot misuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to instruct us, to deliver the service you have asked for. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Who can see it

Enquiries are read by a director of Elite Force. Information is shared with operatives, solicitors or enforcement partners only where needed to carry out work you have instructed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
